Wielder is also an engineer who recognizes the symbiotic relationship between art and technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua University in the Philippines and a Master’s in Fine Arts from Maine Media College in Maine, USA, which together enhance his role as an innovator.
Wielder is a certified Carl Zeiss lens optical technician. After his training in Allen, Germany, he became a key figure in the Middle East. Additionally, he is a certified ARRI film camera technician.
He has been instrumental in designing state-of-the-art studios and production facilities at Northwestern Qatar. With his extensive experience in TV and film production, he supervised the development of workflows used by operators and facilitated training on utilizing the production facilities.
